Mark is an experienced Organisational Development Consultant and Business Coach who supports individuals, teams and whole organisations to optimise performance en route to realising their long-term strategic vision.
Mark has over twenty years' experience delivering bespoke business solutions in a broad variety of UK and international organisational environments. Following an early career qualifying as an accountant he spent fifteen successful years in the international search and selection sector. More recently Mark refocused his business activities by pursuing formal qualifications in coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision. He is Co-founder and Partner of integratedperformance.
Mark's leisure time mostly comprises accompanying his wife and four children from sandy bay to sunny beach and learning how to surf.
